Professional Experience
Crystal was raised in the Cowichan Valley, where she completed her Hair Dressing Certificate at Vancouver Island University. In 2018, she made the commute to Camosun College to pursue her Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management. During her degree, she focused on marketing and technology electives, which has allowed her to make great progress in her professional career.
Upon graduating, Crystal was contracted as a marketing associate at the BC Grassroots Rugby Foundation, a non-profit organization that works to provide rugby opportunities for youth. This opportunity allowed her to gain experience in website design, graphic design, and social media marketing.
In 2023, she made the move to Victoria and joined CBRE shortly after. She has been onboarded as Real Estate Services & Marketing Assistant for Jeff Lougheed. Crystal enjoys playing volleyball, cooking, and spending time outdoors.
