Mai Nguyen

Professional Experience

Mai was raised in the Comox Valley and moved to Victoria in 2017 to pursue post-secondary education at the University of Victoria. Upon completion of her Bachelor of Commerce, she joins CBRE as a Research Analyst. Mai specialized in entrepreneurship and finance-electives during her degree and this knowledge will be foundational as she begins her professional career. She also completed three co-ops, gaining diverse administrative experience across several sectors including hotel, banking, and the government. Mai is a great listener, continuous learner and detail-driven person who enjoys improving processes to become more efficient. She is proud to be a first-generation in Canada and is fluent in both English and Vietnamese. In her free-time, you can find Mai exploring the island, trying new recipes, or at brunch with her friends.
